Betting Rules

These Betting Rules set out how wagers are placed, accepted and settled at Clubhouse Casino, which is operated by Dama N.V. under Curacao licence No. 8048/JAZ2020-13 (Antillephone N.V.). General Provisions

Only registered, verified players aged 18 or over may bet. Each person may hold one account, and bets may only be placed for yourself, with funds that belong to you. When a Bet Is Accepted

Games and Types of Wager

  • it results from an error, a system fault or an obvious mistake in the odds or paytable;
  • fraud, collusion or the use of prohibited software is detected.

Where a round is voided, the original stake is returned if no breach was caused by the player.

Malfunctions

If a game, a server or your own connection fails during a round, the result recorded on our server stands. Rounds interrupted before completion are normally finished automatically or refunded, depending on the studio's rules. A malfunction voids all pays and plays on the affected round. Bonuses and Betting Conditions

  • The maximum bet while a bonus is active is A$7.50 per spin or round.

We will review the game log and reply as soon as possible. If you remain dissatisfied, you may escalate the matter in writing to the operator, and the decision of Dama N.V. on the evidence of the game records is final to the extent allowed by law.

Changes to These Rules

We may amend the Betting Rules when games, laws or our licence conditions change. The updated version takes effect when it is published here, and continued play after that point counts as acceptance.
